This disclosure governs the Jinnah League website (the "Site"). The Site is operated by the ACM MAJU Student Chapter, but its domain name, hosting, development, and design are provided and funded by Inspedium Corporation as a sponsorship, and the Site — its design and source code — is the intellectual property and copyright of Inspedium Corporation. Please read the Website Sponsorship and Copyright & Intellectual Property sections carefully, as they set out the ownership of, and the conditions of use of, the Site and its materials.
Operator
The Site is operated for and on behalf of the ACM MAJU Student Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) at Mohammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), Karachi, Pakistan. Jinnah League is a flagship initiative of the ACM MAJU Student Chapter. Day-to-day operation is carried out by the elected officers of the Chapter for the time being in office.

The Chapter is represented by its serving executive council (the elected Chair Person, Vice Chair, Secretary General, and other office-bearers as constituted under the ACM MAJU constitution).

Responsible for Content
The Chapter is responsible for the content it publishes on the Site (event information, announcements, galleries, and other Jinnah League material), excluding third-party materials such as sponsor and partner assets, which remain the property of their respective owners.
Website Sponsorship
This Site is made possible through the generous sponsorship of Inspedium Corporation. As part of its sponsorship, Inspedium Corporation bears the full cost of the Site, including:
- Domain name — registration and renewal of the Jinnah League domain.
- Hosting — all server, infrastructure, and hosting costs.
- Development — the engineering and build of the website.
- Design — the visual design, layout, and user experience of the website.
This sponsorship is a contribution of goods and services; it is not a transfer of ownership. All intellectual property rights in the website — its design and source code — remain vested in Inspedium Corporation at all times, as set out below.
Website & Licence Disclosure
The Site was designed and developed by Inspedium Corporation and is provided to the ACM MAJU Student Chapter for use in connection with Jinnah League. This provision is a licence to use the Site; it is not a sale, assignment, or transfer of ownership. All intellectual property rights in the Site — including its design, layout, look and feel, graphics, and source code — remain the sole and exclusive property of Inspedium Corporation at all times.
Only Inspedium Corporation holds the right to reproduce, distribute, license, or otherwise deal in the Site, its design, and its source code. No officer, member, representative, contractor, or third party may copy, clone, sublicense, resell, redeploy, reuse, or otherwise transfer the Site or any part of it — in whole or in part, for Jinnah League or any other project — without the prior written authorisation of Inspedium Corporation.
The licence to use the Site is granted to the Chapter on the condition that the sponsorship relationship with Inspedium Corporation subsists and is maintained in good standing. The licence is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable by Inspedium Corporation in accordance with the conditions below.
Conditions of Continued Access
Provided that the sponsorship relationship is honoured and that continuity of contact with Inspedium Corporation is established and maintained, the Site's primary domain will be jinnahleague.com.
Inspedium Corporation reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, revoke, take down, or relocate the Site — in whole or in part, and to a domain or subdomain controlled by Inspedium Corporation — in any of the following circumstances:
- End or breach of the sponsorship — if the sponsorship arrangement with Inspedium Corporation ends, lapses, or is breached in any way; or
- Loss of continuity of contact — if the ACM MAJU Student Chapter, through its serving officers, fails to maintain contact with Inspedium Corporation in order to maintain and renew the arrangement; or
- Unauthorised use — if the Site, its design, or its source code is copied, reused, redeployed, or otherwise dealt with without the prior written authorisation of Inspedium Corporation.
Upon any such event, Inspedium Corporation may suspend Chapter access and restore the Site to its own hosting until all conditions above are again satisfied in full, at which point the primary domain may be restored. Inspedium Corporation's rights under this disclosure survive the end of the sponsorship, and nothing herein obliges Inspedium Corporation to continue to provide, host, or maintain the Site.
Copyright & Intellectual Property
A distinction applies between two categories of material:
- The website — its visual design, layout, look and feel, graphics, and the underlying source code — is the exclusive intellectual property and copyright of Inspedium Corporation, developed and provided to the ACM MAJU Student Chapter under the sponsorship described above.
- Chapter content — the Jinnah League name and logo, event information, announcements, galleries, and other material created and administered by the ACM MAJU Student Chapter — belongs to the Chapter.
No part of this Site may be copied, reproduced, republished, scraped, mirrored, downloaded in bulk, reverse-engineered, redistributed, resold, or otherwise exploited — in whole or in part, in any form or by any means — without the prior written permission of the respective rights holder. The design and code of this Site are provided solely for your personal, non-commercial viewing of Jinnah League; no right or licence to reuse them for any other purpose is granted.
Any unauthorised use of the website's design or source code — which are the copyright and intellectual property of Inspedium Corporation — or of the Jinnah League brand, is strictly prohibited and may result in action under applicable law. Infringements are actively monitored and will be pursued.

No Participation in Dispute Resolution
Neither the ACM MAJU Student Chapter nor Inspedium Corporation is obliged to, and neither will, participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, except where required to do so by applicable law.
Scope of This Disclosure
This disclosure applies to the Jinnah League website and its associated web services, operated by the ACM MAJU Student Chapter and provided under sponsorship and licence by Inspedium Corporation. In the event of any conflict between this disclosure and any other statement on the Site regarding ownership of the website's design or source code, the terms of this disclosure in favour of Inspedium Corporation prevail. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
